Steps to make a reservation (Step.1 - Step.6)


	1.	First read Activities and Reservations information.

Use the reservation link for the activity that you are interested in


	Caution
		You should get a confirmation of the request within 12 hours. If not please try again.

		These are reservation requests. We will make a reservation according to your request. If this is not possible we will e-mail you other options if any.

		After a reservation is made we will e-mail you a link to your voucher. This should be printed . Some activities require the vouchers for the discounted prices. Please let us know that you have received your voucher. If it is lost the link will stay on the site until after the activity the same link is usually used for changes that you may ask for on the reservation. If you are having problems we can also fax vouchers to you or to activities.

		We try to make reservations within 24 Hrs of requests. Questions can be sent to splash@splashofkauai.com

		If you can not find the activity that you want please try the Question Form.

	Caution
		We need all of the information on the form. If you do not know all of the information put a question mark. You can fill in details later by e-mail. If you send us e-mail about a reservation request please include your name, the date of reservation and the activity.

		Please review the form before submitting. Make any needed corrections.

		Splash of Kauai doesn't share your information to anyone except with companies that need the information to make the reservations required. We use SSL and encryption to help keep your information private.

	Caution
		This is in two parts the first is from reservations@splashofkauai.com. This is an automatic response that lets you know that your request went through.

		The second part should be form splash@splashofkauai.com. This will give you a link to your reservation or explain why a reservation was not made.

Review your reservation.


	Caution
		After notification please review your reservation. Make sure that all of the names , dates, prices and activities are as you wanted them. Please print your voucher. For some reservations you will need the voucher to get the discounted price. Please let Splash of Kauai know that you received the notification and vouchers.

		Please also let us know if you can not print the vouchers or if anything is incorrect. If you need to make changes or cancel let us know too. We can fax vouchers to you or to activities if needed.

		Splash of Kauai does not collect money at this time for activities. We collect credit card information. This is used to make the reservations that you request. Most companies require the credit card information to make the reservation. You will pay at the time of the activity. If you do not show up they will charge the card that you supply for the amount of the trip. Most companies can charge Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Other cards may be accepted. Cash and travelers checks can also be used for payments. You do not have to pay with the same credit card that you make the reservation with. Splash of Kauai uses SSL and encryption for credit card information. This information is regularly discarded for past reservations.

		Cancellation policies and changes.

		Splash of Kauai deals with many different activity companies. They all have there own cancellation policies. We will do our best to inform you of the policies in the activity information in the reservation process and on our vouchers. Please make sure that you understand the cancellation policies. Splash of Kauai can cancel reservations for you. You must make sure that you talk to a person at the company where the reservation is for or Splash of Kauai. Do not just leave a message. If you can not reach a person leave a message but try calling all of the phone numbers provided. It is important that once contact is made that you are very clear about who you are and what you are canceling. Get a confirmation from the person. Most cancellation policies on the island are over 24 Hrs. no charge. Less than 24 Hrs 100% charge. Some are different. Some companies are more strict than others in enforcing the policies. Since most of the activities over here are subject to the weather. The companies themselves may be canceling the trip. Some will make the call the night before some will make you wait until the last minute. The weather can change quickly here so sometimes it is hard to tell. the companies make the call on the weather. Sometimes if the weather is questionable they will give you the choice of if you want to go or cancel due to the weather.
